It's called "try not to stuff my face and drink a million beers 24/7". Some days are better than others.
Greatest Achievement in CrossFit:
150 double unders unbroken. Also my first bar muscle up. I'm still working on stringing them together.
Best Competiton Memory:
Nothing specific, but the Open is always amazing and my first Goblers was so much fun!
Advice for someone wanting to compete:
Push yourself. You might surprise yourself sometimes. Don't get worked up over bad times and poor performance, every day you show up is an improvement on the last.
