BEGINNER CROSSFIT

How do I get started?

We know that CrossFit can be intimidating! That's why we offer beginner CrossFit options to teach proper safety and technique on the skills and lifts used in CrossFit. We will provide helpful information about the gym to help you feel comfortable entering the regular classes!

 

Beginner CrossFit is required before entering the Regular CrossFit Classes. There are 2 options to meet the Beginner Class requirements. See options below. NOTE: Exemptions are made for those who have transferred from another CrossFit gym and have at least 2-months experience. 

OPTION #1:

ATTEND ONE FREE BEGINNER CROSSFIT ORIENTATION (2 hrs)

During the 2-hour orientation, you will have one or two trainers leading a small group through all of the fundamental exercises used in CrossFit. There will be a short beginner workout at the end of the seminar that allows you to practice the skills learned throughout the course. Open to all ability levels ages 13 and up. 

Please note: You may be asked to attend another orientation if the trainer feels you need more practice to ensure safety and comfortability in the regular classes. 

 

Beginner Orientation Options (Starting 5/6/24)

  • Monday 7am - 9am

  • Tuesday 7:15pm - 9:15pm

  • Wednesday 6am - 8am

  • Thursday 6:30pm - 8:30pm

  • Friday 10:30am - 12:30pm. Starting 5/17 8:30AM - 10:30AM

  • Saturday 7am - 9am 

OPTION #2:

Attend 2 to 3 Private Sessions ($35/session) (45 min. sessions)

You will have a one-on-one coach leading you through a progression of the fundamentals of CrossFit in each of your sessions. It is designed to be a 3-day course and will be specifically catered to your abilities. For those who are considered advanced, some exceptions will be made for a 2-day course. Cost/session = $35.00 

 

Private Beginner Session times vary week-to-week. Most of the trainer availability is posted one week ahead of time, so please check back if you are looking to schedule more than a week out.
