We know that CrossFit can be a bit intimidating with so many different weightlifting exercises and skills.
We take pride in providing Beginner CrossFit Classes to ensure that you learn the proper technique on the weightlifting skills before entering the regular CrossFit classes. We also teach you all the modifications needed for any challenging skills and provide guidance on the appropriate weight to be using as a beginner.
YOU MUST COMPLETE AT LEAST 3 BEGINNER CROSSFIT CLASSES BEFORE MOVING INTO REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASSES.
We provide everyone with a FREE WEEK to check us out before committing.
