boxing bootcamp

Boxing Bootcamp combines boxing techniques and skills with traditional cardio, strength and body weight exercises. These one hour group classes are FUN and different every single class!! You will be non-stop moving for most of the class and encouraged to completion by Megan, leader of the Boxing Bootcamps!
