FREE WEEK private beginner sessions
We have to temporarily shutdown our group fitness classes due to the most recent statewide Covid 19 restrictions. As of now, classes will resume on December 14th.
Therefore, in place of our group beginner CrossFit classes, we will be offering private beginner sessions instead. That's right! You can sign up for a whole week of personal training FOR FREE!
The private beginner sessions will consist of learning several CrossFit skills or lifts from our highly experienced trainers and then you will complete a beginner CrossFit workout within your session to put into practice what you learned all while working up a sweat!
If after your free week of beginner sessions, you wish to continue on, please help support our small business by purchasing our $99 one month SPECIAL! This will include unlimited private beginner sessions, open gym and access to all of our classes once they resume.
