Never done CrossFit before?
No problem! Jump into our Community Fitcamp Class (modified CrossFit) at 10:15AM OR attend our Beginner CrossFit Class at 10:15AM for a more detailed introduction to CrossFit weightlifting and skills. These classes are welcome to all fitness levels, ages 11 and up and are FREE Every Saturday!
Experienced CrossFitters can join our 9AM or 11:15AM Saturday Classes for free. Must have completed an intro program at an affiliated CrossFit gym.
You MUST pre-register for class to ensure we can meet the capacity limitations.
