Never done CrossFit before?

No problem! Jump into our Community  Em's Fitcamp Class (modified CrossFit) at 10:15AM OR attend our Community CrossFit Class at 11:30AM for a more detailed introduction to CrossFit weightlifting and skills. These classes are welcome to all fitness levels, ages 11 and up and are FREE Every Saturday!


You MUST pre-register for class to ensure we can meet the capacity limitations.
