Our Free Week Trial includes unlimited access to all our classes. See descriptions of classes below. 
  • Regular CrossFit:  CrossFit classes offer strength at the start of the class followed by a high-intensity workout that combines cardio, bodyweight and strength components using various pieces of equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells and barbells.
    • (ONE) FREE 2-HOUR BEGINNER CROSSFIT ORIENTATION OR (THREE) one-hour Beginner CrossFit Personal Training Sessions are required before trying out the regular CrossFit Classes. Orientation Cost = FREE. Personal Training Sessions = $35/Session. Transfers from other CrossFit gyms are the ONLY exception.
 
  • Em's Fitcamp: Bootcamp style workout that combines dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight and cardio movements. No experience or pre-requisites required. 
  • Em's FitFest: Bootcamp style workout that combines dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight and cardio movements. No experience or pre-requisites required. This style of workout is recommended for both beginners and those with experience in CrossFit as multiple versions of the workout are offered. 
  • High-Intensity Mix:  High-Intensity Mix classes offer accessory work at the start of the class followed by a high-intensity workout that combines strength, cardio and bodyweight movements. No experience or pre-requisites required. This style of workout is recommended for both beginners and those with experience in CrossFit as multiple versions of the workout are offered. 
  • Boxing Bootcamp: Bootcamp style that combines dumbbells, kettle bells, body weight, cardio, boxing bag work and mitt work with a trainer. No experience or pre-requisites required.
