BEGINNER CROSSFITTERS: You can use this free week pass towards any Beginner CrossFit Seminar, Em's Fitcamp Class or High Intensity Mix Class. Boxing is excluded. You can also use this towards a Regular CrossFit class after you have completed at least one beginner crossfit seminar.
EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS (must have completed an intro program at another CrossFit gym): You can use this pass towards any beginner CrossFit seminar, Regular CrossFit Class, Em's Fitcamp Class or High Intensity Mix class. Boxing excluded.
We provide everyone with a FREE WEEK to check us out before committing.
NOTE: You MUST pre-register for every class to ensure we can meet capacity limitations.
