CrossFit Big Turkeys (Rx - Top 36 From Qualifier) - M/F
TIME: 10:30AM - 2PM
CrossFit Lil Turkeys (Scaled - Next 36 From Qualifier) - M/F
2PM - 6PM

There is not a qualifier for the Fitcamp division. Just sign on up!
For CrossFit, we have launched an online qualifier with ONE PARTNER WOD that has multiple components & scores. CLICK HERE TO VIEW WOD.
Complete AND video the workout any time from here on out and submit by November 1st. You can submit multiple times if you choose to redo it.
The top 36 will be placed in the Rx division. The next 36 will be placed in the Scaled Division. **If you do not make the top 72, please consider the Fitcamp Division if spots are available.**

ONLINE QUALIFIER WOD
25 Minute Workout. Count your timer up and keep your clock running up until 25 Minutes.
Part 1 - 10 Minutes to establish a Max Snatch (may be power, split or squat).
SCORE #1 - Max Weight Female + Max Weight Male
Then immediately go into part 2:
PART 2 - Chipper
500m Row Per Person
40 Thrusters (75/55#)
50 Wall Balls (20/14#) to a 10'/9' Target
40 Hang Power Cleans (75/55#)
250m Row Per Person
SCORE #2 - Time on clock when finishing the chipper (This should include the initial 10 Minutes).
Then immediately, go into part 3:
PART 3 - AMRAP
In remaining time, complete AMRAP:
30 Burpee Box Jumps or Step Ups (24/20")
SCORE #3 = Total # Reps completed in part 3
