Greatest CrossFit Achievement

Overall- 11th in the world for CrossFit open teen division
6th in youth national Olympic weightlifting championships

Current- that I’ve been able to create an environment for my kids where exercise and taking care of your body is the norm. - thank you all for your example of health ❤️

Best Competiton Memory:

I was 13 and weighed maybe 90# when I first competed in CrossFit. We were supposed to do 35# kettle snatches but I just kept failing. Eventually I was the last competitor on the floor and the entire gym had circled around me to cheer me on through the last few minutes of the workout. That is when I fell in love with the spirit of CrossFit.

Advice for someone wanting to compete:

Fuel your body! You cannot under eat and perform well in CrossFit
Take care of your body - stretch and take rest days.
