Programming:
I have a coach who programs for me to help work on my weaknesses as well as get stronger with my strengths
Nutrition/Diet: I call it a seafood diet. I see food, I eat it. But I make sure I’m hitting my protein, limiting my fats, and getting the right types of carbs in. I input into MyFitnessPal to help me track so I can see what helps me and what hurts me as far as fueling my workouts or hurting my workouts

Getting to see my brother from another across the pond compete in person next to me.
Advice for someone wanting to compete:
Just keep moving. The journey is long, but 1000% worth it. It not only helps you in the gym, but it helps you outside in the real world as well. Makes you believe you can accomplish anything you put your mind to
