I eat mostly clean, but will never turn down homemade treats or an Old Fashioned. I ALWAYS fast on Thursdays.

Greatest Achievement in CrossFit:

Top 100 in the world multiple times and usually finish in the 99% in my age group…..DOMINATING kids in their 20’s

Best Competiton Memory:

Winning Gobblers years ago and just competing with my friends in general.

Advice for someone wanting to compete:

Just keep showing up and putting in the work. Yes, even if you can’t work out. Show up anyway and stretch, do mobility. Anything. Showing up creates the habit. Habits create Consistency. Consistency ALWAYS wins.
