  • Unlimited Classes (Beginner CrossFit, CrossFit, High-Intensity Mix, Em's Fitcamp, Em's FitFest and Boxing Bootcamp.

  • Before and After Body Fat Analysis.

  • Before and After Baseline Workout. 

  • Kick Off Motivational Orientation 

  • Weekly check-ins from a challenge coordinator.


The first week of the challenge is FREE! If you decide you want to continue with the full 6-weeks, $150 will be due the second Saturday of the challenge. BUT - if you hit the attendance goal of attending 24 classes in 6 weeks, YOU WIN ALL YOUR MONEY BACK! It's the best way to motivate yourself to keep coming!

Challenge GOAL:

* Attend 24 Classes in 6 Weeks. If you hit the goal, you win the money back at the end! yep! - It's real! 

*NOTE: We will extend your challenge out for any travel dates within the 6-weeks to ensure you have a full 6 weeks to succeed and hit the goal!
